The sample ballot for the 2024 November General Election is now available on the Mississippi Secretary of State's website.
Note: The order of the sample ballot was set forth by the State Board of Election Commissioners in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. Section 23-15-367, which provides nominees of political parties shall be listed first and organized alphabetically by candidate last name. After political party nominees, independent candidates are listed alphabetically by candidate last name.

September 23 - Absentee Ballots Available
October 7 - Voter Registration Deadline for the General Election
November 2 - In-Person Absentee Voting Deadline
November 5 - General Election Day
