Wesson banking customers learned about a new technology to help them with their transactions last month at the branch's Spring Street location.
With the help of the Wesson Chamber Commerce, Trustmark introduced myTeller Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Installed just outside the entrance to the bank, myTeller allows customers to experience face-to-face interactions with a Trustmark teller through audio/video delivery in a safe and convenient way.
Customers can deposit checks, make withdrawals, transfers or loan payments, and even cash checks to the penny. The new technology functions as a traditional ATM for convenient 24/7 banking, with same day credit for most deposits made by 9 p.m. on weeknights, while offering extended banking hours Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
“We are proud to offer the myTeller machine at our Wesson location,” said Mark Lewis, Trustmark Regional President. “Customers are enjoying the convenience of banking with extended hours, and the safe, contactless interaction with our associates.”
The Wesson Chamber of Commerce joined Trustmark in a ribbon cutting to showcase the new myTeller located at 1027 Spring Street. Bank customers also got one-on-one myTeller lessons and walked away with special treats.
