The congregation of Strong Hope Baptist Church surprised its pastor, Brother Matt Scopel (second row center) with an appreciation lunch following the worship service at the church on Sunday, October 1, to honor his service. The congregation billed the lunch as the “Fall Harvest Fellowship Meal” to conceal the surprise from Scopel.
