Abbey Berch of Wesson recently served as a page for the Mississippi House of Representatives. Pages generally run errands for officials and House staff.
Berch, 16, is the daughter of Amanda and Brandon Berch, and she is a junior at Wesson Attendance Center. She was sponsored for the week by Representative Becky Currie (R – Brookhaven).
When asked about her week at the Capitol, Berch said, “I really loved getting to serve as a page in the Mississippi House of Representatives. I am so grateful to my representative, Becky Currie, for this wonderful opportunity. I cannot wait to come back next year!”
